Our relationships get affected by our desires and expectations. Its really hard not to expect anything from your relationships but trust me if you cross this most difficult step, you will be never get affected by the feeling that no one understands your feelings. Do not try to control someone’s life. You have control over your life, not on anyone else’s. You can work on yourself not to get affected by someone’s rude or negative behavior. For that acceptance is the best trait. When you accept people around you the way they are, you won’t get disappointed or sad by their unexpected behavior. Acceptance doesn’t mean to accept someone’s toxic behavior. If you find a person or relationship becoming toxic, then let it go with ease and grace. Bring only lessons from that relationship and move on for your highest good.
